The Wayne Thomas label is a small yet excellent range of award-winning wines. The winery is situated in the old Maxwell winery on Kangarilla Road, McLaren Vale.

 

Wayne’s winemaking career began at Stonyfell in 1961 and followed with stints at Ryecroft and Saltram. All grapes of the 120-150 tonnes processed each year are grown in the Mclaren Vale area. In 2004 he was crowned 'Bushing King' of McLaren Vale.

 

Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sparkling are produced and bottled under the Wayne Thomas label.
