Mount Mary's vineyard was planted in 1972 on one of the very few remaining slopes in the Yarra Valley region that had not yet been planted to vines. The wines are noted for character and high quality.

 

Since the first vintage in 1976, Mount Mary has established itself as one of Australia's most highly regarded producers with production around 1000 - 1500 cases a year.
