Moorilla Estate is dedicated to the enjoyment of life. It was founded as a winery in the 1950s, in the beautiful Derwent Valley region of Tasmania. Moorilla is an Aboriginal word meaning, "A rock by the water".

 

Moorilla Estate produces some of the best cool-climate wines in the world under two labels - Moorilla Estate and St Matthias.

In exceptional years, premium wines are produced - Reserve (Pinot Noir, Syrah) and Winter Collection (Bordeaux styles such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot).
